So yesterday my day was filled with weddings... For sure, it felt like supporting the boy going up the non-straight wall like what the girl in the picture did. In the morning, I had a gulintangan performance at Rizqun for bersanding event then I had to rush to Lambak somewhere in Jln Bedil for another gig for a bersanding event again but this time was a different client. After the event finished, I went back home. I only had 30mins to have a bit of relax, perform solat and shower before I left home again. At night, another performance for wedding again but this time was for a berbedak event.

It was a long day indeed!!! But in the end, it was rewarding =)

I played the accordion during berbedak event, its been a while I didn't play accordion during events - performing for the whole one event I meant =)

And a question...
Do L-lenses (for canon users) are doing any good in producing pictures???

Well... I am not a professional. Inda jua berapa gambar2 ku ani aahaha... I'll give my newbie answer for that. Thanks for asking anyway *sapa tu ah hehe* My answer is yes and no.

Yes, its because... the pictures will turn out sharp and full of details if you use it properly (correct exposure) even without post-processing the picture with PS. No, because... how sharp your images are, without proper compositions, L-lenses are just nothing.

If you are taking pictures for fun, kit lens and a 50mm f1.8 are enough, if you are covering for events that involved you being paid to do the job, then why not investing on those expensive lenses =) Good luck..

Hahaha... I am back!!! My exams have all finished.. I'll be back shooting as normal. Yehaaa andre andre ariba~ So... what happened last night, I had a gig at polo club with the IRB. It was a short performance but boleh lah haha... The picture above is the only one that I carefully composed and the rest... main hantam saja ;) There'll be another gig with them again tomorrow morning at Rizqun. So... I gotta go and have a rest... but.. watch MU first laaa... ;)

Mari Tarik...!!!

I am one lazy guy this evening taking this photo at the airport restaurant while the guy was mixing tea (teh tarik) using his two huge mugs made of aluminium. Well, only today I had the chance to celebrate my belated birthday with the family after exams - outside home. Alhamdulillah... the food were just okay. The only thing that disappointed me was the main course. They were good but somehow... urgh.. I believe the chefs can cook better than what they cooked for today =)

Anyway, I am thinking of doing some wedding shots in the next few months. I've been receiving many tag along for wedding assignments from many of the top photogs out there but I always rejected them =( Yes, top photogs which chances may only come once or else... Kapoof!!! The reason is always about gulintangan and lately, exams clashes. I wonder when will I ever have that chances again. Can you read my mind of what I am thinking right now?? Maybe my head needs a lil bit of tweaking...

Btw, canon 'sibin dee' is osom!!! =P I played with it at the camera exhibition this morning for 15mins though reviews from the internet gives different impression and so forth. But really awesome I should say. Its handy when it comes to night and indoor photography. Good for concerts and indoor recital!!! The high ISOs are usable for night photography. Yes!!! You are not allow to fire your flashguns during concerts or indoor recitals unless stated. The use of ambient light makes life difficult for photogs like me using an entry level camera for shooting but I love challenge!! But 'sibin dee' is out of my reach... apa lagi 'pipe dee mark tuu' =( Mudahan tah ada lender nanti as I will doing big projects in months time... I'll tell when the time is right *hint info dept* haha...

Well, life is like teh tarik. Going up and down. You cannot always get what you want. Life's like teh tarik sounds hilarious HAHAAHA ;) But yeah... That's life. You've got to be grateful of what you have. Okay then...
